The Role

As the Parts & Service Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing both the parts and service departments. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong organisational skills and the ability to deliver a first-class service to every customer.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the daily operations of the service and parts departments.
• Coordinating service bookings and workshop schedules.
• Advising customers on parts, servicing, and maintenance.
• Liaising with Honda technicians to ensure efficient job turnaround.
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and ordering parts.
• Driving customer satisfaction and aftersales growth.
• Supporting and developing the service & parts team.
